Divide 1 lbs of ground beef (80/20) into 4 equal portions (4 oz each)loosely packed pattie balls
Increase griddle to medium/low heat (400F). place equal parts of onions on the griddle surface. Working quickly, place one dab of butter on each of the onions. At that point place one pattie ball on top of the butter, and onions. From there season with the lucky shake rub or your rub of choice!. Let cook for 1-2 minutes.
After 1-2 minutes, smash and hold for 7-10 seconds
At that point, you are ready to cheese and serve.
