Country Style Rib Meat Sandwich with a jacked up slaw!
Is this the best BBQ SANDWICH YOU EVER MADE?? Country Style Rib Meat with a jacked-up slaw! In this show, I fire up my ASMOKE AS350 and slow smoke some country-style ribs. Then, add in some uncle steve shake, top it with some jacked-up slaw and this is the best BBQ sandwich you have ever made!!! @ASMOKE Grills @Uncle Steve's Shake
After removing the ribs from the package, always wipe down with a paper towel to remove any bone fragments. Season all sides with Your favorite rib rub. In this show, I used Uncle Steve Shake Lucky Shake which is an all purpose seasoning!
Smoke the ribs
Place the seasoned ribs directly on the grill grates, With the lid closed, smoke for approximately 1 hour, then turn and smoke until the internal temperature of 165f is reached. If searing smoke until 155f is reached, pull, then sear!
Let rest!
Jacked up Slaw
In a medium bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients
Add in the following. Mayo, mustard, apple cider vinegar and mix well.
