Country Style Rib Meat Sandwich with a jacked up slaw!

Is this the best BBQ SANDWICH YOU EVER MADE?? Country Style Rib Meat with a jacked-up slaw! In this show, I fire up my ASMOKE AS350 and slow smoke some country-style ribs. Then, add in some uncle steve shake, top it with some jacked-up slaw and this is the best BBQ sandwich you have ever made!!!  @ASMOKE Grills   @Uncle Steve's Shake

Equipment

Ingredients
  

Rubs and Sauces used

  • Uncle Steve Shake: Lucky Shake
  • Uncle Steve Shake:The Sauce with no name!

Jacked Up Slaw

  • 6 cups of shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 shredded carrots
  • Or 14 ounce bag of store-bought coleslaw mix.
  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 red onion

Country Stle Ribs

  • Bone-in or deboned

Instructions
 

Prep the country-style ribs

  • After removing the ribs from the package, always wipe down with a paper towel to remove any bone fragments. Season all sides with Your favorite rib rub. In this show, I used Uncle Steve Shake Lucky Shake which is an all purpose seasoning!

Smoke the ribs

  • Place the seasoned ribs directly on the grill grates, With the lid closed, smoke for approximately 1 hour, then turn and smoke until the internal temperature of 165f is reached. If searing smoke until 155f is reached, pull, then sear!
  • Let rest!

Jacked up Slaw

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients
  • Add in the following. Mayo, mustard, apple cider vinegar and mix well.
  • Add in from 1/2 to 1 red onion!
  • mix well then chill.
  • If not moist enough adjust your mayo!
