The "Molly" Smashburger Classic!
Making the Smash burger at home! In today's episode of #Sundayburgers, we take a look at the Smash burger. But not any Smashburger. We are talking about the Molly Smash burger. This brown sugar-infused smash burger is packed with flavor and is a must-make.
Equipment
- The Pit Boss Ultimate Griddle
Ingredients
80/20 Ground Beef
Brown Sugar
S&P&G
Sliced Onions
American Cheese
Instructions
Pre-Heat your griddle or frying pan with oil 400f-500f.
80/20 Ground beef
- Loosely divide the ground beef into four even 3/4 oz loosely packed balls.

- Gently roll each burger ball into the brown sugar. 75%+ coverage is good.
Slice your onions
Cooking your onions
- Cook your onions to doneness. Move aside.
Cooking your Smash burgers
- Place the brown sugar-coated burger balls on the griddle/or/frying pan. Wait up to 20 seconds. Then top each one with a piece of parchment paper. Press and hold for 10 seconds. When your edges start to brown flip and season. After 30 seconds cheese up/and serve.
