Pork Chops on the Griddle

Make this griddle pork chop recipe | Pit Boss Ultimate Griddle. In today's show, I make the Pork Chop recipe that I've been making for over 35 years. I use my Pit Boss griddle however you can use it from a Blackstone to a frying pan.

Ingredients
  

  • 2-4 Bone-In Pork Chops
  • S&P
  • 1/2-1 CUP Chopped Onion
  • 6 tbsp Dry White Wine
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Corn Starch
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste

Season the Chops

  • Season the chops 20 Minutes before cooking

Cook the Chops

  • For chops, 1 1/2 inches thick cook for 5 minutes then flip. Cook until internal temp reached 145f. Remove to rest

Making the Sauce

  • Add the onions and cook briefly, stirring. Add 6 tablespoons of the red wine vinegar and stir to incorporate. Add the chicken broth and tomato paste and stir to blend. Cook for about 4-5 minutes. Blend in the cornstarch to thicken. Add in the mustard and blend,
