Pork Chops on the Griddle
Make this griddle pork chop recipe | Pit Boss Ultimate Griddle. In today's show, I make the Pork Chop recipe that I've been making for over 35 years. I use my Pit Boss griddle however you can use it from a Blackstone to a frying pan.
Equipment
- Pit Boss Ultimate Griddle
Ingredients
- 2-4 Bone-In Pork Chops
- S&P
- 1/2-1 CUP Chopped Onion
- 6 tbsp Dry White Wine
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp Corn Starch
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
Instructions
Season the Chops
- Season the chops 20 Minutes before cooking
Cook the Chops
- For chops, 1 1/2 inches thick cook for 5 minutes then flip. Cook until internal temp reached 145f. Remove to rest
Making the Sauce
- Add the onions and cook briefly, stirring. Add 6 tablespoons of the red wine vinegar and stir to incorporate. Add the chicken broth and tomato paste and stir to blend. Cook for about 4-5 minutes. Blend in the cornstarch to thicken. Add in the mustard and blend,
