Pork Belly Burgers. This is how we do Pork Belly Burgers on the Pit Boss Ultimate griddle. In today's show, we fire up our flat top griddle for some pork belly burgers. 80/20 Beef Chuck or Ground Beef

    Cheese

      S&P&G

        Instructions
         

        Griddle the Pork Belly

        • Slice the belly 1/4" thick and griddle like bacon till crispy brown

        Prepare the burgers:

        • Loosely divide the ground beef/beef chuck into four even balls/4OZ each.

        Cook the Smashburgers:

        • Preheat your griddle or pan to 400 degrees.
          In a large skillet or griddle, set over medium-high heat and add one tablespoon of butter/oil coating well. Once the butter has melted, add the beef balls.
          Add seasoning to the top of the balls. Now smash holding for 7-10 seconds, one at a time, applying a lot of pressure to it. Repeat until all the burgers are smashed.
          after 1 minute or the proper browning on the edges is acheaved. Flip and cheese!
