80/20 Beef Chuck or Ground Beef
Cheese
S&P&G
Instructions
Griddle the Pork Belly
- Slice the belly 1/4" thick and griddle like bacon till crispy brown
Prepare the burgers:
- Loosely divide the ground beef/beef chuck into four even balls/4OZ each.
Cook the Smashburgers:
- Preheat your griddle or pan to 400 degrees.In a large skillet or griddle, set over medium-high heat and add one tablespoon of butter/oil coating well. Once the butter has melted, add the beef balls.Add seasoning to the top of the balls. Now smash holding for 7-10 seconds, one at a time, applying a lot of pressure to it. Repeat until all the burgers are smashed.after 1 minute or the proper browning on the edges is acheaved. Flip and cheese!
