Hawaiian Style Beef Back Ribs
Hawaiian Style Beef Back Ribs smoked on the Char-Griller AKORN Auto Kamado. In this show, we fire up our Kamado Auto by Char-Criller, rub it down with some PS Seasoning the BBQ general SPG rub topped with some PS Seasonings the BIG Kahuna then basted in some PS Seasoning teriyaki pineapple glaze. Hawaiian Style Beef Back Ribs is the perfect way to kick off your summer! The flavors are AMAZING!!

Beef Back Ribs
The Rubs
- The BBQ General from PS Seasonings
- The BIG Kahuna from PS Seasonings
- Pineapple Teriyaki Glaze from PS Seasonings
Instructions
The Ribs
- You will need to remove the silverskin ( thin membrane ) from the underside of the ribs by working the tip of a butter knife underneath the membrane. Or score the membrane using a sharp knife!
- Remove any silverskin or loose skin
Apply the rubs
- Apply a generius amount of the BBQ General to fronts and backs
- Apply a generous amount of the BIG Kahuna to fronts and backs
- Let the ribs rest for up to 1 Hour before placing on the pit!
Smoking the Beef Back Ribs
- Place the beef ribs bone-side down in the smoker at 275ºF and cook for two hours.
- At Hour number 2, and 3 spritz using a 50/50% mixture of water and apple cider vinager
- At Hour 4 start check for doneness,. When the beef back ribs start to probe toothpick temder or reach approxemtly 200ºF, start basting for 20 more minetues.
- Remove and let rest for approxemtly 20 more minets
- Slice and enjoy!!
