flame kissed Smashburger | This is how you make a flame kissed Smashburger. Call it, a Smashburger with a twist! In this show, we will collab with my good buddy Tom from BBQ LIFE and whip up some flame-kissed Smashburger!

Equipment

  • Weber Kettle

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 80/20 Ground beef
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 4 American Cheese

Instructions
 

Prepare the burgers:

  • Loosely divide the ground beef into four even balls, 3-4 oz each!

Cook the Smashburgers:

  •  Increase to medium-high heat. Depending on your surface area, place 2 to 4 cold pieces of meat onto the hot surface. Working quickly, cover each piece with a sheet of parchment paper and smash each into a thin patty. Remove parchment paper, Sear for 1 minute (depending on surface temp) on the first side and about a minute on the second side. Cheese up and Enjoy
