Ingredients
  

Cheesesteaks

  • Shaved Steak
  • 1 Jar Hot Cherry Peppers
  • Shaved Sharp Provolone Cheese

 Roux

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cup Cream
  • S&P as needed

Let's make some Cheesesteaks

  • Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of veg oil and then add your sliced steak. Spread out the steak ripping apart in the skillet or griddle. Cook for a minute or two.
  • Add you Cherry Red Peppers to heat up.
  • Once the Steak is cooked through mix the steak and cherry peppers together.
  • Apply cheese and top with rolls
  • Remove adding more cheese and enjoy!!

Simple Roux

  • Generally, the ratio of fat and flour is 1:1
  • 2 teaspoons butter, 2 teaspoons flour
  • Heat the butter over medium high heat. Add flour all at once whisking vigorously. When mixture thins and starts to bubble, reduce heat to low and cut back on the whisking. Cook until you smell a toasty aroma then cook 2 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
  • At the point add your cream to loosen.
  • Once loose, add in your cheese
