BBQ PORK SLIDERS

This is the perfect recipe for your pellet smoker or grill. It’s perfect for a backyard party, BBQ or dinner gathering!

  • ASMOKE AS350 PELLET GRILL

Ingredients
  

Pork Loin

    Apple Juice

    • Course "ON THE ROCKS" rub from PS SEASONINGS

    1/4 Stick salted butter

      5 cloves of garlic

        BBQ sauce

          Honey

            Instructions
             

            Butter Sauce

            • Set aside to rest
            • Melt 1/2 stick of salted butter with 5 cloves of garlic

            Prep the Smoker

            • Preheat the pellet grill to 300 degrees using your favorite pellet!

            Prep the Pork Loin

            • Trim any excess fat from pork loin. Then mix up the dry rub and apply. Allow it to sit at room temperature for 15-30 minutes.

            Smoke the Pork Loin

            • Place pork loin on preheated pellet grill fat. Insert the temperature probe and cook until the internal temp of pork loin is 140-145 degrees.

            Let Rest

            • Remove from pellet grill and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing

            Building your slider

            • Add thinly sliced pork loin to slider roll
            • Top the thinly sliced pork loin with your honey/BBQ sauce mixture.
            • Crown your slider
            • Brush with the garlic butter

            Cook for 10

            • Add sliders back to the smoker for 10 min. or warmed through
